Chris Morgan from Beartrek visits Touratech

Conservationist, scientist, adventurer: Chris Morgan, Executive Director of the non-profit group Wildlife Media based in Seattle, WA, and producer of the feature-length documentary "BEARTREK", visited Touratech HQ in Niedereschach/South Germany to have a look at the company and present the progress of his conservation work.

Chris's stop at Touratech was a special way to say thank you for the partnership between Touratech and Wildlife Media with Touratech supporting BEARTREK, a breathtaking documentary about a global adventure to save the world' s bears. Yet BEARTREK is much more than a film: it is part of a ground-breaking campaign to raise awareness and funds for important conservation projects.

On his Touratech equipped TT 39 (BMW F 650 GS) Chris Morgan explores the wildest places on earth seeking out the rarest bear species to capture truly amazing footage with the help of award winning filmmaker Joe Pontecorvo. The result is a world-class film that will bring bears to the big screen like never before.

Some of the filming locations are Alaska, Borneo and Peru, where Wildlife Media has not only gained spectacular footage of the rare and elusive Andean bear, but also played a key role in the establishment of a new national park.
