2012 Touratech catalogue is now available

2012-catalogue-150pxFresh off the press with 1668 pages in total, the 2012 Touratech catalogue is not only the most voluminous one in the history of the motorcycle outfitter but also presumably the biggest accessory catalogue in the motorcycle sector worldwide.

The final product is a mix of what has always belonged together: all Touratech products from the Adventure, Streetline and Timeless range. “After all, it’s the love for our common hobby that unites us all, no matter if you prefer riding onroad or offroad,” Touratech’s Managing Director, Herbert Schwarz, points out.

2012-catalogue-350pxAside from its size, the number of pages, and a new format (135 x 210 mm), there are some more significant reasons why the new Touratech catalogue is even more interesting than ever: It is full of useful ideas when it comes to travelling and motorcycles, there’s a lot to read, and its beautifully illustrated travelogues and adventure reports will lead you around the globe: from the Alps to Africa, from China to the United States.

In “The Last Coffee before the Desert”, Herbert and Ramona Schwarz give you an insight into their latest project, a 4300km motorbike trip through Ethiopia - a country full of contrasts and surprises, with a culture thousands of years old, a fascinating scenery and probably the best coffee in the world - illustrated with breathtaking pictures.

The 2012 Touratech catalogue also offers an explicit diversification; you’ll find new products made for various motorbikes such as the R 1200 GS/Adventure, the F 800/650 GS, the G 650 GS/Sertao and the Tiger 800/XC, but also for the Kawasaki KLR 650 or the new Suzuki DL 650 V-Strom.

More innovative luggage solutions and tank bags - e.g. for the K 1600 GT - have been added to the product line; also, the outdoor sector and rider’s equipment have been expanded, particularly with regard to motorbike travelling.

To help readers find their way through this publication, the catalogue, which falls into the three main categories Adventure, Streetline and Equipment, was newly structured, and it comes with a well-arranged index and a revised table of content.

The 1668-page Touratech Catalogue 2012 is NOW AVAILABLE.
