ôhlins Springs - 56 NM for shock absorber BMW G450X

The G 450 X is fitted with an excellent Öhlins absorber.
We have a wide, sophisticated range of springs with altered spring rates to adjust the shock absorber to the rider
and riding conditions. The original on the BMW has a spring rate of 58, which is ideal for riders of around 75 kg in
combined enduro and cross-country use.

In pure motocross and for heavier riders, the harder spring rates are much better (60-64).
We recommend the 56 for much lighter riders.
