LED Map Lighting Kit

Have you ever had such a good view of your map at night? Your map case holds the map. Simply put our lighting kit into the map case. Six LED's illuminate your map from behind. Now you will never get lost when riding from dusk till dawn.

Both the map lighting and the map are inserted in the map pocket on the tank bag. The map is fully backlit: the kit lights a section of approx. 12*22cm. This versatile map lighting can also be used for trip planning when sitting in front of the tent in the evening or in the car.
The windows are made from scratchproof acrylic glass, integrated in a rugged, anodised aluminium frame. The kit includes six white LED's arranged in such a way that they lighten the whole window. The LED's have a very long service life and virtually do not become hot. There are three possibilities to power the map lighting kit. If you use batteries (not included), you can operate the kit for approx. 12 hours.
If your bike is equipped with an accessory socket, you can plug in the cable (included) and connect the waterproof plug to the map lighting. (Additional accessory sockets can be found on page "electric".) You can also cut off the cigarette lighter adapter and connect the cable to the motorcycle's electrical system.
