To order all of the parts separately to assemble a pannier set yourself, order these parts:

• 051-0040 racks, (for LC-4 to '96)
• qty1: 152-1031 35L Aluminum pannier
• qty1: 152-1032 41L Aluminum pannier
• To properly mount the boxes to the racks you may have to unbolt the top mounting pucks on each box and rotate them 90-degrees (and reattach using original holes) so that the channel in the puck that the attachment bracket sits in will not rub against a weld. Once this is done the boxes mount to these racks with a clean, tight fit.
